Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs of being received, unless a bucket was ordered (buckets can take up to 5 business days to ship). If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us and we will do our best to try to stop it before it ships and a full refund will be processed.
If the parcel has already shipped, you can refuse the parcel upon delivery and it will be sent back to us at no charge. Please let us know and we will process the refund, minus the original shipping charges – once the product has been received.
If you have received the incorrect product, please contact us right away and we will ship the correct order to you or make alternative feeding suggestions. For larger size orders we may send a return shipping label and ask that the incorrect product be returned.
We do accept refunds on un-opened product, if the order is returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. The refund will not include original shipping fees and for quality control purposes, the product will not be re-sold.
We do not offer refunds on any products that have been opened.
