Shipping Policy

US orders

We ship with USPS Priority Mail and orders usually take 4-6 business days to arrive. All orders are shipped from our licensed manufacturer in Washington state.

* Please note: Buckets are made to order, to ensure that you are getting the freshest product, with the longest shelf life. Buckets can take up to 5 business days to ship and are mailed via USPS Priority mail. Delivery can take 4-6 business days.

Canadian Orders

We ship with Canada Post Expedited parcel from our facility here in BC. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hrs and take 3-8 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

International Orders

We ship with Canada Post Airmail or Express Post. Orders are usually shipped within 24hrs and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. *Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to check their country's customs and import regulations. We are NOT responsible for lost or late parcels.

Currently our products are not available in Australia or New Zealand.
